This is an ex-candidates transition program for teens that have just finished high school and are looking to join college/university. Most high school students take at least 6-8 months to join a public university, during which they have a lot of free time on their hands.

This program runs for 8 months during which the ex-candidates get to discover their talents and more about themselves. They are also taught team leadership skills and essential life skills needed to have a smooth transition into college life through. They are given opportunities to apply what they have learned through planning outreach events, missions trips and hiking a mountain.

The program runs every weekday from 2:00pm to 4:30pm from January to August each year. After a successful completion of the program, candidates graduate in August and are awarded a certificate.

All form four/IB/form six leavers are invited to register for the eight month INDA leadership program.
